About Fraud Help Desk
Fraud Help Desk aims to protect people against fraud and other financially motivated crimes committed in or from the Netherlands. Our goal is to make citizens and businesses more vigilant and more resilient against fraudulent activity. We raise awareness of the dangers of scams and frauds by publishing updated information and alerts on our website, Facebook and Twitter.
We lend a helping hand to victims of fraud by referring them to the proper authorities. This saves them the trouble of finding out who to go to for help.
In addition, fraud victims can turn to us for advice. Sometimes, we refer them to government agencies or partners for further assistance.
Fraud Help Desk has no investigative authority.
